Educational leaders can use the action research to introduce problems to staff. getting staff invovled in the process will not only give you more people to brainstorm the problem, but will promote inclusion and staff buy in. thereby promoting your vision for thr school.
I had not thought of including the staff in the research process. I guess I thought of it as more of a way to think it through and research before I inform them of my decsions. Thanks for opening my eyes to a different perspective.
ReplyDeleteI too had not thought about including the staff in the research process. As I reflect back on the reading assignments it does discuss the importance of getting other members of the staff involved in order to promote ownership and change. Thanks!
